Kamin Science Center, part of Carnegie Museums, requires all volunteers \u2013 including judges \u2013 to submit a Volunteer Agreement Form as well as the state-mandated clearances. These clearances and agreement form must be current & on file with Kamin Science Center prior to PRSEF:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can begin the clearance process immediately. Do not wait to begin the clearance process until right before PRSEF, as some of these clearances take multiple weeks to return results. If you have obtained these clearances within the past 5 years, we can accept copies of them, and you may not need to complete a new clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once you receive your clearances, forward a copy to the Kamin Science Center Workforce Development\/Volunteer & Internship Office at VolunteerPrograms@KaminScienceCenter.org<\/a>. Please also complete the Agreement form linked below and submit it to VolunteerPrograms@KaminScienceCenter.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have questions, contact the Volunteer Office at the above email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Clearances are valid for 5 years from their completion date.
